Tim Hallmark is one of the most accomplished sports performance and fitness trainers of our time. One of his greatest passions is to see people get healthier and athletes get fitter and more athletic. He has spent more than half of his life testing, researching and discovering the most comprehensive and innovative ways to be healthier fit and more athletic.

Tim attributes a lot of his success from what he has learned from chiropractors, orthopedics, therapists, psychologists, other trainers and athletes. Many believe Hallmark to be the leading sports performance and fitness trainer of the last four decades because of the unprecedented results of his products and successes of his clients.

The CFH is the best tool I’ve ever used to train my athletes. It is a one of a kind resistance trainer that forces the hitter to work from the ground up to generate explosive power. The hitter will benefit from its qualities over quantity workout approach and the fact that it provides automatic feedback after every swing. When the hitter removes the resistance, it is evident that the hips are firing much quicker than prior to using the center force.
